'Beyond a shame': Europe's largest carnival canceled again
The Notting Hill Carnival, Britain's biggest celebration of Caribbean culture, has been canceled for the second year in a row due to the Covid-19 pandemic. The carnival, second only in size to Rio, traditionally takes place on the last weekend of August in London's diverse Notting Hill neighbourhood. CNN hears from locals about why the event means so much to them.
